Bleak outlook for Japan’s young workforce

The situation doesn’t look good for Japan’s young workforce. Does lack of meaningful and fulfilling work in the city mean that there should be a return to rural life? And what about Japan’s graying population? Doesn’t the sheer volume of soon to be retiring employees and the lack of a young workforce to replace them mean that there should be plenty of good jobs coming down the pipeline? Could be, but for now the working life in Japan doesn’t sound so good.
